AnimeJapan 2024's Full Show Schedule Unveiled

The lineup for all stages and some of the performer information for the anime event "AnimeJapan 2024" has been announced.

TOKYO - "AnimeJapan 2024" will take place on March 23 and 24 at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, with this year's Public Day featuring a total of 44 stage programs across the RED STAGE, GREEN STAGE, and BLUE STAGE, showcasing talks and performances by anime artists.

On the RED STAGE on March 23, stages for "The Apothecary Diaries" featuring Aoi Yūki, Tsuyoshi Otsuka, Katsuyuki Konishi, and Atsumi Tanezaki, and for "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" featuring Natsuki Hanae, Akari Kitō, Hiro Shimono, and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will be held. On the same day, the GREEN STAGE will feature the "Natsume's Book of Friends" stage with Hiroshi Kamiya, Kazuhiko Inoue, Kazuma Horie, and Rina Satō, and the BLUE STAGE will include the "Spice and Wolf: merchant meets the wise wolf" stage with Jun Fukuyama and Ami Koshimizu.

On March 24, the RED STAGE will include the "Oshi no Ko" stage with Tsuyoshi Otsuka, Megumi Han, and Maaya Ishimi, and the 7th season stage of "My Hero Academia" featuring Daiki Yamashita, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Ayane Sakura, Kōki Uchiyama, and Misato Fukuen. The GREEN STAGE will host stages for "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" with Atsumi Tanezaki, Kana Ichinose, Chiaki Kobayashi, and Nobuhiko Okamoto, and the "Monogatari Series Off & Monster Season" with Kana Hanazawa, Yuka Iguchi, and Saori Hayami. The BLUE STAGE will present the "My Broken Mariko" stage with Shun Horie, Hina Yomiya, and director Hiroaki Akagi.

Additionally, the event will feature a Food Park and the "Production Works Gallery," which offers a behind-the-scenes look at anime production, returning for the first time in five years. This year's "Production Works Gallery" will include a project focused on the "Aquarion" series titled "Learning about the Anime Job from the 'Aquarion' Series – We Want to Produce with You." There will also be a new "Creation Stage" where attendees can enjoy talks from anime creators who support animation production. Details on the content and performers for the "Creation Stage" are scheduled to be announced soon.

Advance sales for tickets that allow applications for stage viewing, "Stage Application Tickets," started on January 19. There is also a lottery application for the "Premium Admission Ticket," which includes benefits such as access to view all stage programs. "AnimeJapan 2024" will feature exhibits from 110 companies related to anime, including Aniplex, KADOKAWA, TOHO animation, and more. The event, marking its 11th iteration, will be the largest ever, utilizing the entire East Exhibition Hall of Tokyo Big Sight.
