17-year-old girl stabbed while walking her dog on Chiba street

Police said Tuesday they are looking for a man who stabbed a 17-year-old girl while she was walking her dog in Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture.
According to police, the attack occurred at around 6 p.m. on Monday. The girl said she was walking her dog when she was suddenly grabbed from behind by a man, TBS reported. Police quoted her as saying that the man told her to be quiet and then hit her on the head. He then stabbed her on the right side of her head with what appeared to be a knife, the girl said.
A 24-year-old woman was in a serious condition Friday after being stabbed by a man whom she reported to police for stalking her in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture. (Japan Today )
