Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Thursday announced the arrest of Tsuyoshi Katsumata, a 39-year-old member of the Sumiyoshi-kai organized crime group, illicit drug sales on the Internet

Officers last month searched a villa in Niigata Prefecture and discovered 5.2 grams of stimulant drugs and 0.2 grams of cannabis in the possession of the suspect. He has been charged with violating stimulants control laws regarding possession and intent to sell.
