Japan discovered nuclear development materials on ship from N. Korea

Japan last year discovered materials that may be used to develop nuclear weapons, on a Singapore-registered freight ship from North Korea, a Japanese government spokesman said Monday.
Japan found aluminum alloy rods on the ship during its stay at Tokyo Port last August, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga told a news conference.
