Do you know there are several types of taste Egg roll? Today, we’re going to make sweet one using sugar and savory one using Dashi.

Dashi usually means Broth of bonito or kelp in Japan but you can also use other broth like Chicken stock or Vegetable stock. I will also show you how you can make beautiful egg roll without using a square pan!
