Japan's only suspect in the killing of a 22-year-old British woman, who was arrested this week after two years on the run, has refused food for more than two days, police said on Friday. Tatsuya Ichihashi, 30, has accepted only water and green tea, and "has not eaten at all" since his arrest late Tuesday, said a spokesman for the Gyotoku Police Department in Chiba prefecture near Tokyo.
