A video posted on YouTube has led to the discovery of yet another bullying case involving teenagers, it has been learned.
The approximately 40-second-long video shows a 15-year-old junior high school student from the Kanagawa prefectural city of Sagamihara following around and deliberately bumping into a 7-year-old boy from the same city on May 15 this year, local police and other sources close to the case said.
According to Sagamihara Municipal Board of Education officials, the video also shows the 15-year-old teen shouting "Hey, that hurt" after he himself hit the elementary school boy from the back, following which the 7-year-old began crying. The video was filmed with a camera-equipped mobile phone by a 14-year-old teen, who goes to the same school as the 15-year-old, and was later discovered by one of their teachers.
