A Tokyo Metro employee has been arrested by police after it was revealed he had secretly been taking videos up women's skirts at stations and in train cars.
According to police, the 38-year-old electrician was originally arrested for taking upskirt videos near Shibuya's scramble crossing on Aug 26, Fuji TV reported.
