Bosozoku group leader arrested for damaging Chiba massage parlor with fire extinguishers

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Friday arrested the leader of the bosozoku biker gang Dragon for damaging a massage parlor in Chiba Prefecture in March. Jin-Shan Lei, 39, and six others were taken into custody for spraying the contents of three fire extinguishers inside a massage parlor in Funabashi City at approximately 2:20 a.m. on March 12 of this year.
According to police authorities, six of the suspects were requested by the manager of a rival massage parlor, Suiichi Kanzaki, 29, to carry out the attack. Kanzaki was also arrested. All seven suspects have admitted to the allegations.
