Family of killer whales creates splash at Nagoya aquarium

Since a family of killer whales has been on display at the Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium, the number of visitors to the facility has jumped.

The family -- comprising father Bingo, estimated age 30, mother Stella, estimated age 26, and their daughter Ran, 6 -- arrived at the Nagoya aquarium from Kamogawa Seaworld in Chiba Prefecture in December 2011 on a 5-year loan for 480 million yen.
