18-year-old jumps to death at JR Kunitachi Station

An 18-year-old youth jumped from the platform into the path of a train at JR Kunitachi Station in Tokyo on Saturday night.
Police said the youth was struck by a train on the Chuo Line at about 7:30 p.m., TBS reported. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
