India and Japan gear up for third trilateral dialogue in US

As India and Japan seek to expand their influence in the Asia-Pacific, they will hold their third trilateral dialogue mechanism with the US next week.
Ahead of PM Manmohan Singh's visit to Japan next month, the second India-Japan 2+2 Dialogue was also held in Tokyo on Monday.
The trilateral talks will be followed by a meeting of the India-Japan joint working group on terrorism. In the talks on Monday, they also agreed to an early meeting of the new India - Japan Cyber Security Dialogue.
