Man enters elementary school, menaces girl after allegedly smoking herbs

Police said Tuesday they have arrested a man for trespassing on the premises of an elementary school in Tokyo's Nerima Ward after allegedly smoking quasi-legal herbs, known as loophole drugs.
According to police, the man, who has been named as 37-year-old Jun Onuki, caused a disturbance in a nearby supermarket when he removed his top and became "unruly," Fuji TV reported. Police say he then left the supermarket, still topless, and scaled a 150-cm fence around a nearby school.
