International Women in Communications

International Women in Communications (IWIC) is a Tokyo-based bilingual non-profit group organized in 1993 to promote professionalism, the free flow of information and the advancement of women in communications. IWIC's main purpose is to bring women together to mentor and learn from each other.


IWC/IAC support foreign people living in Japan by providing Japanese learning support, various counceling and consulting, interpreters or translators by volunteers' help. And we also have international exchange through various events and cultural activities.

LGT is a friendship circle for all nationality in Tokyo. We hold "Melting Pot Party!" once a month at Shimokitazawa and go out Japanese traditional/seasonal events together! This is not a match making circle but for long lasting friendship regardless age, gender and nationality!
