Harajuku Station has changed -- a lot!
ONLY in JAPAN -- Jun 30
In March 2020, the new Harajuku Station opened, moving from the original building that had been its home since 1906.

The old Harajuku Station may be destroyed soon and replaced with a replica that houses a museum, but until all this happens, it sits right next door, an impressive contrast between the early 20th and early 21st centuries. Today, we'll have a look inside the station and visit the train station platforms.
