HIS「ハウステンボス」売却検討 資金確保が狙いか
Jul 21, (ANNnewsCH) - 長崎県佐世保市のテーマパーク「ハウステンボス」について、旅行大手HISが売却する方向で検討していることが分かりました。
HISはハウステンボス株のおよそ67％を保有し、残りをJR九州など地元企業が保有しています。
関係者によりますと、香港の投資会社など複数の投資ファンドとの間で売却交渉が進められているということです。
売却額は数百億円規模とみられ、売却後も営業は続けるということです。
