该服务允许用户在智能手机上至少选择五张他们喜欢的服装照片，之后AI将分析他们的时尚偏好。一位记者选择的五张照片分析出的偏好被归类为“略显优雅自然”。此外，AI能够从12种不同的风格中识别出144种潜在的模式偏好，包括“女性化”、“干净利落”、“户外”等等。
ZOZO报告称，在试点测试中，建议适合客户口味的商品已使购买量翻倍。公司计划继续研究提供可能吸引用户个人风格的推荐。
