ロシアが日本の外交官をスパイ容疑で拘束

Sep 27, (ANNnewsCH) - ロシア外務省は26日、「ロシアの安全保障上の利益に有害である」として在ウラジオストク日本総領事館の外交官の男性を拘束したと明らかにしました。

外交上で使われる、「ペルソナ・ノン・グラータ」＝好ましくない人物であるとして、受け入れの拒否と男性に対し48時間以内にロシアから出国するよう通告しました。
