子どもと接する職業に就く人の性犯罪歴を確認する仕組み「日本版DBS」の創設に向け、こども家庭庁の有識者会議は5日、報告書案を示しました。学校や保育所などへは確認を義務づけますが、学習塾や学童保育などは義務化の対象とせず、任意で確認した事業者を国が認定する方針です。当面の確認対象は、裁判所による事実認定を受けた性犯罪の前科に限定する方針です。性犯罪歴をさかのぼって確認できる期間などを議論し、秋にも法案の提出を目指す考えです。
