Apr 10 (South China Morning Post) - Erena So Hoi-lam is the first woman from Hong Kong to enter the Japanese adult video (AV) industry, making her debut in 2022 after finding little success in mainstream entertainment in Hong Kong.

Her involvement created something of a sensation among Hong Kong viewers. So said that entering the AV business has turned out to be empowering and happened because she was on a journey of self-discovery. In an interview with the Post, she said that after bidding farewell to the more broadly accepted image of a shy and conservative woman, she now enjoys what she loves most – being an adult film actress.
