Nov 29 (CNA) - Foreign visitors are returning to Japan surprisingly quickly, partly on the back of a weak yen. The boom in tourism is a much-needed boost for the Japanese economy, which has seen domestic spending, a traditional growth engine, stagnating.
With numbers rising, the country’s busiest airport, Tokyo’s Haneda Airport, is looking at robot chefs, 3D-printed sushi and driverless vehicles.
