FUKUOKA, Dec 07 (News On Japan) - A car driven by a 73-year-old man crashed into a classroom of a cram school in Fukuoka on Wednesday night, injuring four people, including an instructor and junior high school students.
The vehicle initially rear-ended a car in front of it and then careened into an individual classroom of the Try Fujisaki Ekimae School at around 9:30 PM.
The driver and a 12-year-old schoolboy inside the classroom, among others, suffered minor injuries.
A student exclaimed, "I was studying when suddenly a car crashed into the school."
According to a person nearby, at the time of the accident, there were about 20 students inside the school, ranging from elementary to high school students.
The police are thoroughly investigating the circumstances of the accident.
