Couple's Bodies Found Under Tokyo Home, Filipino Woman Seen Throwing Away Blood-Stained Clothes

TOKYO, Jan 20 (News On Japan) - A chilling breakthrough has been made in the case where the bodies of a married couple were found stabbed to death under the floor of their house, with security footage showing a Filipino woman, who is currently under arrest, discarding blood-stained clothing in the trash.

Hazel Morales (30) is suspected of disposing of the bodies of Tokihiro Takahashi (55) and Kimie Takahashi (52), on January 16.

The couple's son, who lived with them, had reported their disappearance two days before the bodies were discovered. Following this, the police searched under the house and found the two bodies, later identified as Mr. and Mrs. Takahashi.

Multiple stab wounds were found on the upper bodies of the deceased, with forensic examinations revealing that the cause of death for both was heart damage from stab wounds to the chest.

Morales has been captured on a security camera near her home on the night of the 16th, disposing of blood-stained clothing alongside a male accomplice.

According to investigative sources, Morales was previously in a relationship with the Takahashi couple's eldest son and is suspected to have had some financial disputes with them.

It also came to light that the couple's eldest son had consulted the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, claiming he had lent "several hundred thousand yen" to Morales, indicating financial disputes.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police are seeking to identity of the person seen with Morales in the footage and the circumstances surrounding the couple's death.
