'Ad-libbed Poop Scene' in 'SPYxFAMILY' Film Excites Stars

TOKYO - The cast stage greeting for the blockbuster movie "SPYxFAMILY CODE: White" took place on Saturday, at TOHO Cinemas Hibiya in Tokyo, with voice actors Takuya Eguchi, Atsumi Tanezaki, Saori Hayami, Kenichiro Matsuda, Tomoya Nakamura, and Kenjirou Tsuda in attendance.

Based on the manga by Tatsuya Endo, "SPYxFAMILY CODE: White" is the film adaptation of the TV anime which follows the adventures of the fictional Forger family.

Since its premiere on December 22, 2023, the movie has attracted 3.7 million viewers and grossed over 5 billion yen in box office revenue in just 29 days.

Nakamura revealed an amusing story about an ad-lib line related to the poop scene, "There was a scene where I had to watch over the poop. I forgot the original line in the script, but naturally, I blurted out something like 'Did the poop come out?' When I apologized for messing up the line, they said, 'That's funny, let's use it.' So, I left a 'Nakamura poop' in the movie."

"SPYxFAMILY CODE: White" is currently showing in theaters nationwide. Tatsuya Endo himself supervised and provided the original character designs, with Takashi Katagiri directing the film.
