TOKYO, Jul 19 (News On Japan) - A male high school student was arrested for attacking two women with a hammer in the women’s restroom at JR Chiba Station.
The 18-year-old student from Ichihara City in Chiba Prefecture was caught in the act and taken into custody on suspicion of assault after he struck two women with a hammer at around 6 p.m. on July 17th.
Neither of the women was injured.
The student reportedly told police, "I wanted to hurt women who were weaker than me."
