This Disturbing Japanese Horror Game is Too Explicit to Play

Oct 01, 2025 (Reddoliche2) - Imagine meeting a girl by accident; she tells you her name and seems to know you, but you can’t remember who she was. Soon after that, various disturbing deaths happen around you, and not only does it affect random people, it also targets the people you know.

So now you have to find a way to stop it, and the clues all point toward the strange girl you met.

That is the premise of Gore Screaming Show. Developed by Black Cyc and originally released back in 2006 before receiving an English translation in November 2022, Gore Screaming Show follows the story of Jinno Kyoji, who came back to his hometown and met a weird girl by accident. However, it isn't long before everything starts to go wrong. Mysterious and gruesome deaths start appearing, and all of it seems to be connected to the strange girl he just met.

This is a visual novel game with several different endings. Some of them are gruesome and grotesque, so if you’re planning on playing this, just remember to not eat beforehand.
