YOKOHAMA, Nov 16 (News On Japan) - A sports car burst into flames on the Metropolitan Expressway in Yokohama on November 16th, with firefighters extinguishing the blaze about 30 minutes after the initial outbreak.

The red sports car was seen engulfed in orange flames near the Tsurumi Tsubasa Bridge on the Bayshore Route at around 2 p.m. According to authorities, the driver was not injured and told police that the vehicle struck a curb after losing control when he applied the brakes.
