TOKYO, Mar 28 (News On Japan) - A projection mapping event showcasing the history and traditional culture of Edo and the Higashi-Ginza area began on the evening of March 27th on the exterior walls of the Kabukiza theater in Tokyo’s Ginza district.
Titled “Edo Backstreet Lantern Night,” the display features vivid reproductions of ukiyo-e prints depicting the everyday lives of common people during the Edo period, captivating visitors with scenes of bustling streets and cultural traditions.
The event is scheduled to run through April 5th.
