Digital Art Lights Up Aichi Government Buildings for Asian Games

NAGOYA - Digital art projections will illuminate the Aichi Prefectural Government Office and Nagoya City Hall from September 17 through October 24 as part of celebrations surrounding the Asian Games and Asian Para Games, which will be held in September and October.

The event, called Aichi-Nagoya Art & Lights, will project colorful digital artwork inspired by the region's history and culture onto the exterior walls of the two government buildings.

The displays will run each evening from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A lighting ceremony was held on the night of September 15, when vivid colors and images appeared across the buildings ahead of the official start of the event.
