Turunnya harga sewa dan meningkatnya kebutuhan untuk menyelenggarakan meeting tatap muka mendorong relokasi

TOKYO, Nov 20 (Nikkei) - Para pebisnis kembali melirik Tokyo karena harga sewa kantor yang terus turun dan kebutuhan perusahaan untuk melakukan pertemuan tatap muka meningkat setelah pandemi COVID-19.

Jumlah perusahaan yang memindahkan kantor pusatnya ke 23 distrik di ibu kota naik 13% pada tahun ini dari Januari hingga Agustus dan jumlah perusahaan yang keluar melambat, sehingga membawa tingkat pengeluaran bersih ke level terendah sejak 2019.

Tsukui Staff, agensi perekrutan yang berafiliasi dengan penyedia layanan perawatan kesehatan Tsukui, memindahkan kantor pusatnya dari Yokohama ke Distrik Chiyoda di Tokyo pada bulan April untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang meningkat akan wawancara tatap muka dengan pencari kerja. ...continue reading
