Kompleks Azabudai Hills Dengan Gedung Tertinggi di Jepang Dibuka Untuk Media

TOKYO, Nov 20 (News On Japan) - Kompleks Azabudai Hills di Distrik Minato, Tokyo, yang memiliki gedung tertinggi di Jepang, diresmikan pada hari Senin menjelang pembukaannya pada 24 November 2023.

Dikembangkan oleh perusahaan real estate raksasa Mori Building dengan nilai investasi sekitar 640 miliar yen, Azabudai Hills memiliki menara utama 64 lantai dengan tinggi sekitar 330 meter, menjadikannya yang tertinggi di Jepang. Kompleks ini akan menjadi tempat perkantoran, fasilitas komersial, area berbasis keanggotaan, dan tempat tinggal.

Yuuki Naka dari Divisi Manajemen Kota Mori Building mengatakan, "Kami ingin menciptakan kota yang berpusat di sekitar area hijau, di mana orang-orang dapat terhubung, dan berbagai acara serta pengalaman baru berlangsung"

Sekitar 30% dari lokasi ini ditutupi dengan pohon dan rumput, sementara galeri dan museum seni memanfaatkan teknologi digital.

Kompleks ini akan dibuka untuk umum secara bertahap mulai Jumat, 24 Nov 2023.
