Halloween Spooks Tokyo Disneyland

TOKYO - Tokyo Disney Resort will launch its annual Disney Halloween event on September 16, with a special parade previewed ahead of the opening and visitors allowed to enjoy the parks in costume during the event period.

The Halloween parade was shown in advance before the official start of the event.

Visitors will be permitted to dress in costume during the Halloween period, adding to the atmosphere across the resort.

One office worker said, "During the costume period, you can enjoy an even more extraordinary world, and that is what we come here for."

The Disney Halloween event will run through October 31.
