Cuaca Buruk Masih Melanda Jepang Bagian Utara, Diperkirakan akan Turun Hujan Salju Lebat

SAPPORO, Nov 29 (News On Japan) - Kondisi cuaca yang tidak stabil masih melanda Jepang bagian utara pada hari Rabu, 29 November 2023, dan diprediksi akan turun hujan salju di Hokkaido dan Tohoku pada Kamis pagi, 30 November.

Suhu udara dingin yang kuat saat ini sedang bergerak melintasi kepulauan Jepang, sehingga menciptakan tekanan udara dingin. Jepang bagian utara dan wilayah Hokuriku sedang mengalami perpaduan cuaca antara salju dan hujan, bersamaan dengan cuaca yang ekstrim disertai dengan angin berkecepatan 30 meter.

Ketebalan salju dalam periode 12 jam telah mencapai 25 centimeter di lokasi termasuk di area Wshinoucho di Hokkaido dan kota Nishiwaga di wilayah Iwate, dan mencapai 16 centimeter di Suka-no-yu di wilayah Aomori, dan hujan salju lebat yang terjadi terutama di sisi laut Jepang.

Cuaca buruk diperkirakan akan terus berlanjut dengan prediksi ketebalan salju hingga 50 cm di Tohoku dan 40 cm di Hokkaido pada Kamis pagi.

Hujan salju lebat dan badai salju akan mengakibatkan terganggunya kondisi lalu lintas hingga terjadinya pemadaman listrik, sehingga masyarakat dihimbau untuk berhati-hati.
