'Psychic Fever' Buzzing Both Here and Abroad: What's Behind the Hype?

TOKYO, Feb 13 (News On Japan) - PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE, a seven-member dance and vocal group under LDH JAPAN, is currently making waves on TikTok with their track "Just Like Dat feat. JP THE WAVY," released on January 19th. The song, produced by JP THE WAVY, a leading solo rapper in Japan's hip-hop scene, features a dynamic beat and a unique sound that blends WAVY's individuality with the characteristic style of LDH.

The group's breakout can be attributed to the high level of skill of each member, showcasing impressive flows and dance moves that incorporate elements of hip-hop and R&B.

The "#JustLikeDatChallenge" on TikTok, where fans posted clips of the song, received comments like "too cool," "stylish," "want to hear more of their music," and "just discovered them but I'm hooked," which helped the song gain popularity. In the music video's comment section, numerous messages such as "Came here from TikTok!" "Can't believe there's such an amazing song," and "This should be played more" can be found, written in various languages including Japanese, English, Thai, and Indonesian, highlighting the group's global reach.
