This development emerged as Honda and Nissan explore joint procurement of parts and development of operating systems (OS) for their vehicles, with plans to announce specific cooperation details this summer.
According to insiders, Mitsubishi Motors is in discussions to join this partnership. Mitsubishi, which has received a 34% investment from Nissan, has been notable for its work on mini EVs, drawing attention to its potential involvement.
