Three Teens Arrested for Brutal Beating of 22-Year-Old Man

OSAKA, Aug 20 (News On Japan) - Three teenagers aged 16 to 19 have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a brutal assault on a 22-year-old man in a park in Toyonaka City, Osaka, which left the victim in critical condition.

The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on August 18th, when the victim, a resident of Kyoto, was found lying in the park at Shonai-Saiwai-cho, Toyonaka City, bleeding from his mouth and unconscious. He was immediately transported to a hospital, where he remains in a coma.

According to the police, multiple witnesses reported seeing a group of men and women assaulting the victim before fleeing the scene. Following an investigation, police arrested three teenagers on charges of attempted murder.

The victim and the suspects are believed to have met at a gathering spot in Osaka’s Minami district, commonly known as “Gurishita,” a location frequented by young people.

Authorities are continuing their investigation, suspecting that additional individuals were involved in the attack.
