Coca-Cola to Raise Prices by 20 Yen to 200 Yen from October

TOKYO, Apr 23 (News On Japan) - Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan has announced it will raise prices on 217 beverage products starting with shipments on October 1st.

The price of a 500-milliliter bottle of Coca-Cola, currently set at 180 yen before tax, will increase by 20 yen to 200 yen. The company cited soaring raw material costs as a primary factor behind the decision.
