HYOGO, May 13 (News On Japan) - Hyogo Governor Motohiko Saito and senior prefectural officials have participated in an anti-power harassment training session aimed at fostering a more open and communicative workplace environment.
The training invited experts in harassment and compliance, covering fundamental knowledge on harassment issues and techniques in anger management.
This initiative was requested last December by the prefecture’s whistleblower hotline, which urged both the governor and executive officials to undergo the training following issues related to the handling of internal whistleblower reports.
The session also addressed topics such as organizational management, the whistleblower protection system, and personal data protection regulations.
