EHIME, May 28 (News On Japan) - In the town of Tobe in Ehime Prefecture, a woman was caught on camera shouting loudly, "What’s your problem? Come out! Come out now!" while throwing an object into her neighbor's yard. A man living next door has filed a complaint, saying the harassment has been ongoing for two years.
"She revs her car engine and shouts my wife’s name, telling her to come out—it’s senseless and constant harassment," the neighbor said.
According to the man, the trouble began without warning two years ago when the woman suddenly parked her car right up against his property line. Since then, scratches have appeared on the house, and the harassment has escalated. He warned the woman that he would point his security camera at her property if the behavior continued.
In one instance, the woman picked something up from her yard and deliberately threw it into his. Around 11 p.m. on another day, she approached his house while laughing loudly and then walked away. On yet another occasion, she stood in front of his home, shouting, "Come out! Do you even understand how much you’ve made me suffer?"
The man insists he has no idea why she is angry. "I’m just full of rage at this point. I asked her, 'Tell me why you’re doing this. If we’ve done something wrong, we’ll fix it,' but she just stays silent and refuses to explain anything."
In May, he filed a formal complaint with the police.
