TOKYO, Mar 05 (News On Japan) - SSP Pharmaceutical launched a new service on March 5th that allows working women to consult AI mentors about career-related concerns.
The service features six types of AI mentors with different professions and personalities, developed based on survey data from approximately 50,000 respondents. Through the messaging app LINE, users can ask questions and receive guidance tailored to their concerns.
According to the company, many women reach a turning point around their tenth year of employment, when decisions about marriage or raising children can make career advancement more difficult. By offering accessible advice through AI mentors, SSP hopes to provide support at a time when many women face uncertainty about their professional future.
SSP Pharmaceutical aims to attract about 280,000 registered users by 2030. The company, known for selling pain relief medication used to ease menstrual pain, hopes that addressing women’s mental and emotional well-being as well as their physical health will strengthen its brand value.
