TOKYO, Jul 31 (News On Japan) - A 35-year-old Chinese woman living in Kawasaki has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident that occurred on July 28th on the JR Tokaido Line, where a female passenger was slashed and the suspect fled the scene.

The suspect, identified as Kangrong Pan, a Chinese national residing in Asao Ward, Kawasaki City, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
