A Dark Gundam Saga Unfolds

Dec 18, 2025 (News On Japan) - Set in U.C. 0105, twelve years after Char’s Counterattack, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM HATHAWAY The Sorcery of Nymph Circe follows Hathaway Noa, the leader of the anti-Earth Federation group Mafty, as he presses forward with a campaign of assassinations against what he sees as an oppressive regime, while being drawn into a complex triangle of fate involving Federation officer Kenneth Sleg and the enigmatic Gigi Andalucia, whose presence threatens to disrupt both sides as tensions build around the upcoming Adelaide Conference.

The latest Gundam feature film is scheduled for nationwide release on January 30, 2026, with the main trailer released ahead of its theatrical debut.

Mafty has emerged as a violent resistance movement targeting senior Earth Federation officials, and its leader is revealed to be Hathaway Noa, the son of Bright Noa, who once fought alongside Amuro Ray during the One Year War. Hathaway’s actions place him at the center of a growing conflict between the Federation and those who seek to overturn its rule.

Hathaway is deeply unsettled by Gigi Andalucia, a mysterious young woman who displays inexplicable abilities and stirs memories of his past trauma. Though increasingly influenced by her words, he continues preparations for Mafty’s next objective, an attack connected to the Adelaide Conference.

On the opposing side, Federation Forces officer Kenneth Sleg is tasked with planning security operations for the Adelaide Conference while also preparing a campaign to eliminate Mafty. As the operation advances, he is approached by Handley Yoksan of the criminal police organization, who proposes a covert arrangement that complicates the situation further.

As Hathaway and Kenneth move forward with their respective missions, Gigi also begins to act on her own purpose, setting out for Hong Kong, where the intersecting paths of all three are poised to reshape the course of the conflict.
