Delicious Divorce Notification Episode 2 PR Release

Oct 02, 2025 (News On Japan) - The second episode of the drama Delicious Divorce Notification will air on October 8th at 24:24, with a storyline centered on the most ruthless form of revenge against a top-rated, womanizing television host.

The case involves Mao Nishiuchi, a nationally known announcer played by Masumi Nomura. Her husband, Masahiro Nishiuchi, played by Shohei Abe, is a well-known TV host, and the pair have been seen as an ideal couple, having won the Best Partner Award for two consecutive years. However, the illusion of harmony collapses when it is revealed that Masahiro is having an affair with a junior announcer. Determined to secure evidence and finalize a divorce before the upcoming Best Partner Award ceremony in a week, Mao turns to lawyer Hajime Otokita, played by Koki Maeda, and his partner Kai Iseya, played by Rintaro Mizusawa.

Kai disguises herself as a makeup artist to infiltrate the TV station where Masahiro appears regularly. She gets close to his lover Saya, played by Manami Uno, and manages to plant a listening device. Just as she is about to leave, Masahiro stops her and takes her to a private room, escalating the tension. Meanwhile, Hatsu suddenly bursts onto a live broadcast, launching an extraordinary act of revenge that shocks everyone watching.

The preview scenes feature sharp exchanges: “I succeeded in planting the bug. You’re number one now.” “I’ll turn the law into the shape that saves you.” “This time we’ll be pushing the limits.” The drama culminates in the award ceremony announcement, “And this year’s Best Partner Award goes to…,” as chaos builds with accusations and lawsuits flying.

Delicious Divorce Notification airs on Wednesday, October 8th at 24:24.
