Jul 13 (pocketgamer.biz) - Pokemon GO players in Japan have spent an average of $26 in-game per download since launch, according to Sensor Tower.
In a blog post detailing player spend in Niantic's game, the firm studied the average spend per download by different countries from the game's launch on July 6th 2016 until July 6th 2017.
Japan came out on top, spending over three times as much as US players, whose average came in at $7.70. Canada was third at $7.60 per download, while Australia and Germany were fourth and fifth.
