FamilyMart Perkenalkan Robot untuk Mempermudah Pekerjaan

Feb 07 (News On Japan) - Dengan langkah inovatif untuk mengatasi kekurangan tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, FamilyMart akan memperkenalkan robot multifungsi di 300 toko di seluruh negara pada akhir bulan ini.

Robot-robot tersebut, yang diciptakan untuk melakukan pekerjaan seperti membersihkan lantai, adalah suatu kemajuan dalam otomatisasi pekerjaan rutin yang umumnya dilakukan oleh karyawan. Langkah ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga secara signifikan mengurangi beban kerja bagi karyawan.

Menghadapi masa depan, FamilyMart memiliki rencana untuk mengintegrasikan kamera AI yang memungkinkan manajer toko mengawasi kondisi toko dari jauh dan memberikan petunjuk kepada staf untuk mengisi kembali barang sesuai kebutuhan. Murai Ritsuo, seorang eksekutif di FamilyMart, menyoroti pentingnya peralihan ke era digital ini, menyatakan, “Dengan populasi pekerja di Jepang yang terus menurun, kami menganggapnya penting untuk mendorong transisi digital seiring berjalannya waktu, sambil tetap berkolaborasi dengan robot."

FamilyMart tengah mengeksplorasi teknologi yang memungkinkan robot untuk secara otomatis menentukan kapan perlu melakukan pengisian ulang barang. Pendekatan progresif ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban kerja staf toko dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, menunjukkan tekad FamilyMart dalam berinovasi dan beradaptasi menghadapi perubahan dinamika tenaga kerja.
