G7 spouses experience traditional culture

HIROSHIMA, May 22 (News On Japan) - Spouses of the leaders who participated in the G7 Hiroshima Summit visited the 400-year-old “Shukkeien Garden” in Hiroshima, which has a history going back 400 years.

The Prime Minister Kishida's wife Hiroko introduced Japanese culture while showing them around the garden, established in the early Edo period and restored after the atomic bombing, and feeding carp in the pond.
