We Tried a 20-Course OMAKASE in Osaka Japan

May 03 (TabiEats) - Today we visited Kokuryu, a Japanese restaurant in Osaka known for its incredible 20-course omakase menu. Every dish was beautifully crafted, seasonal, and bursting with flavor. From delicate sashimi to melt-in-your-mouth wagyu, it was a journey we’ll never forget.

If you're looking for a truly unforgettable dining experience in Osaka, Kokuryu is a must-visit.

Notable dishes include Kagoshima black wagyu sukiyaki and hand-rolled sushi made with medium-fatty bluefin tuna from Akashi. The ingredients are primarily sourced from Hyogo Prefecture and other regions across Japan, emphasizing seasonal freshness.

The restaurant features a modern Japanese interior with an open kitchen, allowing guests to witness the live preparation of dishes. With 34 seats, including counter seating and tables, the space is designed for a relaxed and intimate dining experience. Kokuryu caters to international guests by providing English menus and English-speaking staff.
