Oct 03 (Bloomberg) - Takeshi Niinami, President and CEO at Suntory Holdings, says Japanese companies need to increase wages to retain good talent.
Niinami, who also serves as the Chairperson at the Japan Association of Corporate Executives, one of the biggest business lobbies in the country, says he is not worried about the economic prospects in Japan as new prime minister Shigeru Ishiba pledges to keep up efforts to decisively end deflation.
