Experience Coast Guard Ships at Tokyo International Cruise Terminal Event

TOKYO, Jul 16 (News On Japan) - Families gathered at the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal in Koto Ward, Tokyo, to participate in an event featuring maritime activities, including boarding survey vessels of the Japan Coast Guard and cargo ships of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines.

A reporter noted, "The Japan Coast Guard ship visible in the background is available for special boarding today in celebration of Marine Day, attracting many visitors."

Attendees had the opportunity to board a variety of ships, including a Coast Guard survey vessel and a cargo ship transporting vehicles.

"It was incredible to see the machinery in the wheelhouse," one visitor remarked. "We don’t often get a chance to board ships, so we came here for this unique experience," said another.

Families enjoyed taking commemorative photos and sitting in the captain's seat, making for a memorable day at the terminal.
